In writing, on every STP job. We're fully licensed and insured, and if we don't keep a promise, call us and we'll make it right.
Work that lasts
Our labor is guaranteed for 1 year from the day the job is finished. If something we installed or repaired fails because of how we did it, we come back and fix it at no charge.
Price up front
You get a written price before we start, and that's what you pay. If something changes, we explain it and you approve it in writing before any extra work begins.
On time, or we call
We give you an arrival window and show up inside it. If we're running late, you hear from us before the window ends, not after.
Clean job site
We cover floors, keep the work area tidy, and clean up and haul away our debris before we leave.
The 1-year guarantee covers STP labor. Equipment and fixtures carry the manufacturer's warranty, and we help you file those claims. It doesn't cover damage from misuse, freezing, accidents, or work done by others after we finish.
