If you hire us for the repair, your $39 diagnostic fee is deducted from the service call fee. You don't pay twice to find the problem.

What does it cost?
$39 for a 20-minute video call. If you hire us for the repair, it's deducted from the service call fee.
What if you can't tell what's wrong on video?
We tell you what we ruled out and what a visit would look at. Book the visit and the fee still comes off the service call.
Will you walk me through fixing it myself?
For simple things like resetting a breaker or a water heater, or tightening a fitting, yes. We won't talk anyone through gas, electrical panel or other dangerous work.
How do I pay?
After you book, we text you to confirm your time with a secure Stripe payment link. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank are accepted. If we've already confirmed your time, you can pay with the button on this page.
