What we collect
When you send a form on this website, we receive what you type in: your name, phone number, email, town, project details, and any photo you attach. If you call, text or email us, we keep that conversation and your contact details. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run analytics that follow you across other sites.
How we use it
Only to answer your request and do the work: to call or text you back, schedule estimates, video diagnostics and jobs, send quotes, invoices and receipts, and keep records required for our business, permits and taxes.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business, and only what they need: our website host, which receives form submissions (Netlify); our email and file storage (Google Workspace); our payment processor when you pay by card or bank (Stripe); and permit offices or suppliers when a job requires it. If you choose to check financing, you apply directly on Acorn Finance's site, and their privacy policy covers what you give them.
Payments and financing
We never ask for your card number, bank account, Social Security number or income by email, text or on this website. Card and bank payments go through a secure payment link, and financing applications happen only on the lender's own secure site.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to Instagram, the Better Business Bureau, Google Maps and Acorn Finance. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep job records, quotes, invoices and receipts for as long as we need them for warranties, taxes and legal requirements. Requests that don't turn into a job are deleted when they're no longer useful.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (unless we must keep it for legal or tax reasons). You can also ask us to stop texting or emailing you at any time. Reply STOP to a text or contact us below.
Children
This website is for adults arranging work on their homes or businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
